Smartsmoker Oven, electric, with wood chunks, low-temperature, 240 lbs. per load capacity, digital IQ5 controller, 130 F to 275 F temperature range, (2) 1500 watt elements, (6) shelves, double-walled stainless steel construction, includes: side racks, drip pan, wood box with handle, (4) casters, 10 lbs. wood, spare heating element & Cookshack Spice Kit, NSF, cULus ( Cookshack - SM260 ) - Able to smoke 240 pounds of pork butts, 200 pounds of brisket, or 100 pounds of ribs, the Cookshack SM260 commercial smoker's interior measures 24 square feet. This unit measures 261/2 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 641/2 inches high overall and releases smoke from the top of the oven and around the door, which requires placement under a Type II hood for proper ventilation. This unit is made of double-wall stainless steel to reduce dents and abrasions, while the interior keeps temperatures with Spin-Glas® insulation. As a practical design choice and a safety feature, this unit remains cool to touch on the outside, even at its highest temperature setting. The Cookshack SM260 Smartsmoker® is equipped with a simple-to-use control panel that can store as many as eight presets. It's implemented with 3-stage, 2-stage, and probe mode cooking, while temperature ranges are adjustable from 130 degrees to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. The alarm cycle provides simple means for monitoring conditions during cooking processes, while the clearly visible display screen offers visual communication and monitoring. Because the control unit is installed with a USB port, users can download 512 hours of cooking time to a USB flash drive. It uses electronically controlled heating elements, and the implemented wood box holds wood chunks that smolder to add a smoky flavor to meats and other food. Product Details.
